2. Medical Disclaimer

All aesthetic and wellness services offered by RiNo MedSpa are elective. Results vary by individual, and no guarantees are expressed or implied.

A consultation may be required before certain services can be booked or performed.

3. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments can be scheduled online via our booking system.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability and payment requirements.
  • Some services may require approval before final confirmation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • Certain services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment.
  • Remaining balances are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Failure to complete payment may result in appointment cancellation.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect the time of our providers and clients:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
    • Loss of deposit
    • Full service charge

Packages, memberships, and promotional services are non-refundable.

6. Memberships & Packages

  • Memberships and class packages are non-transferable.
  • Unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
  • Membership pricing and benefits may change with notice.

7. Classes & Events

  • Class bookings are subject to availability.
  • Drop-in classes require payment at the time of booking.
  • Members may reserve classes without payment.
  • First-time complimentary classes are limited to one per client.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to join classes.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Services rendered
  • Missed appointments
  • Packages or memberships
  • Promotional or discounted services

9. Results & Expectations

Individual results vary based on medical history, lifestyle, and treatment plan.

RiNo MedSpa does not guarantee specific outcomes. Follow-up sessions may be recommended to achieve optimal results.

Clients are responsible for disclosing:

  • Medical conditions
  • Medications
  • Allergies
  • Pregnancy status

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment eligibility and safety.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, images, and branding are the property of RiNo MedSpa and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

RiNo MedSpa is not responsible for:

  • Adverse reactions outside provider control
  • Client misuse of post-treatment instructions
  • Technical issues with third-party booking platforms
