Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RiNo MedSpa, we value your time and ours. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking or purchasing services
1. Appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in:Loss of deposit .Or full service charge, depending on the service booked.No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
2. Deposits
Many services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits: Are applied toward your service total Are non-refundable May be forfeited if cancellation or rescheduling occurs outside the allowed timeframe
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for: Services already rendered Missed appointments Late cancellations Deposits Packages, memberships, or prepaid services Promotional or discounted services
4. Packages & Memberships
Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Membership benefits and pricing may be updated with notice.
5. Classes & Studio Sessions
Drop-in classes must be paid in full at booking. Members may reserve classes without payment. Class packages are non-refundable. First-time complimentary classes are limited to one per client.
Late arrivals may not be admitted and will not receive a refund.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact RiNo MedSpa directly to resolve any payment concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service refusal and account suspension.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (medical emergencies or provider cancellation), RiNo MedSpa may issue a credit or reschedule at our discretion. This does not constitute a refund.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or enrolling in a class or membership, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
